Andrew Bradley Foley

November 26, 1963 – August 7, 2026 Andrew Bradley Foley, 62, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2026 surrounded by his family. Born on November 26, 1963, in South Carolina, Andrew spent his life dedicated to the things that mattered most to him: his family, his country, and the simple joys that made life special. Andrew proudly served 15 years in the United States Army, ending his military career as an E-5. His service was a source of great pride throughout his life, and his military spirit never truly left him. During his years of service, he received numerous awards and recognitions, including the National Defense Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon with Numeral 2, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Army Lapel Button, Expert Marksmanship Qualification Badge with Rifle Bar, Expert Marksmanship Qualification Badge with Grenade Bar, and the Parachutist Badge. His dedication, good conduct, and achievements reflected the commitment he brought to everything he did.

After his time in the Army, Andrew continued his career working in IT, a field that perfectly suited his love of computers and technology. He could spend hours talking about computers, figuring out what new parts were needed, or working on something in his computer room. His family will forever remember the sound of his music echoing down the hallway from that room. But more than anything, Andrew was a family man. He loved his wife, Caylene Foley of 39 years of marriage, and his family more than anything in this world. He was the kind of man who took care of his family, no matter what. He was stubborn, sometimes very stubborn and he had an ornery side that usually came with a smile. Those qualities will be remembered with laughter and love by the people who knew him best. Andrew was a proud father to Bradley Foley and his wife, Tavia Foley; Matthew Foley and his partner, Andrielle Wilson; and Jeremey Foley. As well as his nephews, Ashton and Brandon McCain.Andrew loved being an Uncle to his 10 nieces and nephews and his great-nieces and nephews. Nothing brought Andrew quite as much joy as being a grandfather. He treasured his time playing with his grandsons, David and Daniel Foley, and was looking forward to welcoming another grandchild into the family. His grandchildren knew the love of a grandfather who would make time for them and cherish the moments they shared. Andrew also leaves behind his siblings, Cecilia Chapman and Grady Lee Foley II. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Katherine Foley, and his sister, Felicia Brown. Andrew was a simple man who loved his family and loved his country. He didn't need much to be happy. Give him his coffee, some ice cream, his computer, a project to work on, and his family nearby, and he was content. His family will miss so many of the everyday things that once seemed ordinary: the conversations that never seemed to end about whatever was on the History Channel, the discussions about which new computer parts were needed, the music drifting down the hallway from the computer room, and the smile that often accompanied his ornery side. Most of all, they will miss knowing that Andrew was there. He was a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, soldier, and friend. He was a man who loved deeply, protected fiercely, and took care of his family no matter what. His love for his family will live on in the people he leaves behind, and his memory will continue in the stories they tell, the laughter they share, and the traditions he helped create. Andrew will be deeply missed and forever loved.
