Ashley Rose Priddy

Ashley Rose Priddy, 40 of Kansas City Missouri passed away unexpectedly on October 15th 2025 in her hometown. Ashley was born in Kansas City Missouri on March 25th 1985 The first born beloved daughter of Dennis R Priddy and Laura L Harris-Twigg.

A bright and gentle spirit, Ashley was a shining light to all that knew her. From a young age Ashley displayed an remarkable compassion for animals, nature, family and was a fantastic fisherman. Those closest to her will forever remember Ashley's infectious smile and beautiful voice of song. Ashley had a smile that could lift even the heaviest of hearts. Ashley's love for singing dances through the memories of her loved ones. Ashley truly danced and sung to the beat of her own drum.

Ashley is proceeded in death by her father Dennis R Priddy and Step-father Jeffrey K Twigg.

Ashley is survived by her mother Laura L Harris-Twigg, Step-mother Georgiana Priddy, Sister and brother in law Denise and James Hickey. Her Godmother and Godfather Brenda and Charlie Forbes. Her god Sister Megan Forbes and Megan's son Colman Harris Forbes. Ashley is a beloved Aunt to James Wells, Mercedez Wells and James Hickey. Ashley is survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins on both sides of her family and will forever me missed and loved.

A memorial will be set at a later date.

In leiu of flowers Ashley's family would like those that knew her love of animals to make donations to your nearest animal shelter or humane society. Ashley's family would also like you to end the silence and spread mental health awareness. Please remember you are NEVER alone and tomorrow needs you.
