Debbie Carter, 70, of Lee's Summit, passed away March 22, 2026. She was born March 04,1956 to Nelson Williams Jr. and Eddie Mae Williams.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 09, 2026 at Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services, LLC, 2800 E. 18th St. Kansas City, MO 64127. The service will begin at 3:00pm, there will be no visitation prior to the service.
