Celebrating the Beautiful Life of our Precious Elijah

Forever Loved• Forever Cherished• Forever our precious baby

Ugga Mugga.”
A hug, a kiss, and “I love you”—the words that will forever remind us of our sweet Elijah and the endless love he brought into our lives.

With hearts that are broken beyond words, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Elijah, at the tender age of four. Though his time on earth was far too short, the joy, laughter, and love he gave will remain with us forever.

Elijah was a bright light whose smile could melt any heart. His adorable chipmunk cheeks appeared every time he grinned, and his unforgettable, maniacal belly laugh was contagious. He had a way of filling every room with happiness, reminding those around him that the greatest moments in life are often the simplest.

He lived with wonder and excitement every single day. He could often be found roaring like his favorite dinosaurs, pretending to swing through the house as Spider-Man, or watching with amazement as jellyfish, sharks, turtles, and manta rays floated overhead. He never passed up a pickle and made even the smallest adventures feel extraordinary.

Above all else, Elijah loved deeply and was deeply loved. He brought people together with his gentle heart, playful spirit, and endless curiosity. Every hug was full of warmth, every laugh was genuine, and every day with him was a gift.

Though we will miss hearing his laughter, seeing his bright smile, and watching him discover the world with wide-eyed excitement, we find comfort in knowing that love never ends. Elijah’s memory will live on in every dinosaur that roars, every superhero who reminds us to be brave, every ripple across the water, every shared pickle, and every heartfelt “Ugga Mugga.”

Elijah was the cherished son of Brittany Mintz and Mitchell Anderson. He was a beloved brother to Chloe Mintz, Noah Anderson, and Salem Anderson, who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

He was deeply loved by his grandparents, Tamera Edwards (“Yai-yai”) and Kent Edwards (“Popop”), whose love and devotion surrounded him throughout his life.

Elijah will also be lovingly remembered by his cousins, Abigail Lane and Tyson Jensen, his aunt Victoria Serrano, and his uncle Zac Jensen, along with all of his extended family and friends who were blessed to know him.

Elijah leaves behind a family who will love him always and carry him in their hearts forever. His life, though brief, changed us in ways that words cannot express. We are better because we knew him, and we will spend the rest of our lives honoring the beautiful little boy who taught us the truest meaning of unconditional love.

Forever our son. Forever our hero. Forever four years young.
