George Rainey was born August 29, 1970 in Oceanside, California to Dorris Blackwood and George Christopher Rainey II. He passed away December 18, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones at St. Lukes hospice house after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. 

George is survived by his mother, Dorris Blackwood, wife Deneice Rainey, sister Michelle Mercer, brother Jason Rainey, children, Jesse Van Noy, George Rainey IV, Ashleigh Wiese, Derrick Rainey, Nickolas Rainey, Zackary Rainey, and Justice Rainey, grandchildren Ezekiel Van Noy, Nevaeh Marchetti, Jaxson Van Noy, Mitchell Wiese, Lucas Rainey, Emma Rainey, Dexter Rainey, and Sophia Rainey, as well as many loved cousins, aunt, nieces, nephews, and in-laws. 

George was a long-time journeyman electrician and proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and is leaving behind his many beloved brothers and sisters.
