Gregory Lewis Wilcox

Gregory Lewis Wilcox was born on October 12th, 1957 to Frank and Leona Wilcox. He grew up with his 5 siblings in Kansas City, MO. He met and married Paula Mensen and had 3 children. He worked for Bud Stack Auto Upholstery for many years repairing car and boat seats. He departed this life on Friday September 5th, 2025 at 1:40am after a hard fought battle against terminal cancer. He spent the summer doing what he loved…tending to his garden, keeping the grass mowed and spending time with the two boys he cherished most, grandsons Patrick and Brody Minnier. In his last days, he was cared for by daughters Jennifer Minnier and Amy Wilcox and, bonus family member, Kira Minnier who were by his side providing around the clock love and care to keep him safe, comfortable and peaceful.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings. He leaves behind daughter Amy Wilcox, son Ryan Wilcox (along with Daughter in Law Lauren and grandkids Zachery, Tyler, Kayla and Braden Wilcox), daughter Jennifer Minnier and grandsons Patrick and Brody Minnier, former Son in Law Chris Minnier (and his wife Kira Minnier and kids Sean Minnier and Aubrey Minnier), and many friends of his daughters who loved him. He was loved greatly and will be tremendously missed.
