James Edward Randle

James Edward Randle was born on January 9, 1960, in Kansas City, MO, to Otis Barton and Helen Randle.

James was educated at Manual High School. He worked as a city worker and was known for being hands-on, taking on various odd jobs throughout his life. James loved soul food and cherished every opportunity to be around his family. He had a great sense of humor and a special way of talking about things that always brought laughter to those around him. James had a big heart and cared deeply for everyone.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Dexter Randle.

James leaves to cherish his memory his only son, James Edward Harris, and his son's mother, Mabel Jean Harris. He is also survived by two brothers, Otis Randle Jr. and Tony Randle; and three sisters, Lucinda Martin, Joyce Randle, and Lois Randle. He was blessed with seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

James had a special bond with his favorite niece, Audrey Ann Martin, and leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, great-cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and many friends.
