Jarica Lenea Scott

JaRica L. Scott was born in Kansas City, Mo, to Bianca Jones and Jarrett Scott Sr. JaRica was educated in the Hickman Mills school district and attended Job Corps ,where she obtained her CNA license. She worked in the childcare industry. Jarica went home to the Lord on March 25, 2025, at her home.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bianca Jones; her Grandparents, Charlene Jones, Michael and Jacintha Scott, Katie Miller, Joetta Townsend, James Scott, and hergreat-grandmother, Josephine Jones.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children: KeMaurie, Loviss, Kylie, Jacion, andJuelz; her father, Jarrett Scott Sr. (Tanya); her Aunts Latashia and Tylithea Jones; her siblings Jarrett Scott Jr., Maxine (Vince), Janisha (Damien), and Vanessa; her nieces Nakyiah, Leilani, Nyelli, Damonte, Princess, Diyah, Courtney, Candice, Dymond, andDeMya; her nephews, Adina, Cornel, and Christopher, her sibling/cousins: Javon, Jada, and Jarya. Her cousins Tajala, Dahavon, and Carter. Deonte and Chacoy (cousins), with whom she had a special relationship, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services, LLC. The visitation will begin at 2:00 PM, with the service following at 3:00 PM.
