Jewell Roxanne Harvey

Jewell Roxanne Harvey was born May 19th 1971 In Kansas City Missouri to Willis Harvey Jr. and Juanita E Cochran. Jewell known by Roxanne was educated in the Kansas City Missouri Public school district. Roxanne enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends and loved to listen to her Ol Skool music.

Roxanne departed this life May 27th 2025 and was preceded in death by her sister Felisa Armenta her Father Willis Harvey Jr her Mother Juanita E Cochran and Brother Tony Harvey.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Ebony (Johnny) her brothers, Ben Harvey, Joey Harvey, and Phillip Armenta; her sisters Rose Cowan, and Nicole Harvey; and her cherished grandchildren, Aleah Jacobs, Miguel Jacobs, Jyriae Campbell and Erinae Campbell and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Roxanne will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
