Jimmy Wynne was born on August 24th, 1968, in Augusta, Arkansas, to the parents of Bertha Ree Green and Jimmy Wynne...Jimmy accepted Christ at an early age. Jimmy later moved to Kansas City, MO, and attended Westport High School. He ran track and field. Jimmy later developed skills in construction, which he used for many years. Jimmy was a strong, loving father who would do anything for his family. He loved playing cards and dominoes; he loved singing and playing basketball. Jimmy loved spending time with his family and friends; he will be greatly missed. Jimmy departed this life on Wednesday, June 17, 202,6 to his parents, Bertha Ree Greeneen and Jimmy Wynne; sisters,s AssLee Green and Eunice Mae Greenen; nephews,s Larry wiggins jahmeire green jimmy leaves to cherish his memory his children, James Earl Davis and grand child james lee davis, and a host of uncles and aunties, nieces and nephews, cousins and relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026, at Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services LLC, 2800 East 18th Street, KCMO 64127. There will not be a visitation. The memorial service will begin promptly at 3:00 pm.
