Juan Jose De Santiago Soto was born on July 29 th , 1998, in Gomez Palacio, Durango to Sanjuana Soto Leija and Jose Felix De Santiago Nava. Juan came to the United States with his mother and sister at the age of 5. He instantly learned the language and made friends easily. Juan attended North Kansas City High School in his first year but moved around and ended up graduating from Southeast High School. While in high school, he participated in soccer. He played for Diablos F.C. where they won a few championships in the Metro area.

After high school he worked at a few restaurants. He then went on to discover and learn a different job trait. He worked doing gutter’s and mastered the job and went on to enjoy it. Juan was last employed by VS Remodeling LLC where he worked with Saul Silva. Juan departed this life May 20 th , 2026. He leaves to cherish his memories: Amadeus De Leon De Santiago, son; Sanjuana Soto Leija and Gerardo Flores Rivera, parents; Veronica Gurrola Soto, sister; Sasha Morales, Alesha Morales, and Morgan Dick, nieces. He also leaves behind uncles, aunts and friends.  

The visitation will be held Wednesday June 3, 2026 at Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services LLC 2800 East. 18th Street KCMO 64127, it will begin at 1:00-4:00pm . 

A Service will be held on Thursday June 4, 2026 at 3:00pm at Holy Cross Catholic Church 5106 St. John Ave KCMO 64124.
