Kane Michael Taddese

Kane Michael Taddese was born on March 24, 2001, in Olathe, Kansas, to Alex Todd and Cassandra Sibley. He attended Olathe West High School, graduating with the Class of 2019. During his time there, he participated in orchestra, football, track and field, and wrestling, breaking several school records and leaving a lasting mark on the community.

After high school, Kane worked at Larson Air Conditioning, where he specialized in installing air conditioners. Known for his bright spirit, Kane had the gift of lighting up every room he entered. He loved gaming and connecting with others through social media, and his presence always brought joy to those around him.

A true and loyal friend, Kane never hesitated to look out for others. He was determined, protective, and always carried himself with strength and kindness. Above all, he was a proud and loving dad to his beloved pittie, Chico.

Kane departed this life on August 24, 2025, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He is survived by his siblings, Alex, Dontay, Manika, and Jamal; his grandparent, Becky Baguss; and many friends and loved ones whose lives he deeply touched.

Kane will be remembered for his loyalty, determination, and the love he shared with all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday August 30, 2025, visitation will beheld from 9 A.M. - 10 A.M. with services beginning at 10 A.M. at College Church of the Nazarene in Olathe, Kansas.

Interment: Olathe Memorial Cemetery
