Kenyon Donnell Mosby

On Monday November 28, 2022 Kenyon Donnell Mosby a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, cousin and friend passed away at the age of 47. His

brother, Thomas Clark preceded him in death.

Kenyon was born March 4, 1975 in Kansas City, MO to Azar Clark, Sr and Jacquelyn Mosby. He attended D.A. Holmes Elementary where his love for basketball began. He went on to play for Central High School under Coach Jack Bush before transferring and graduating from Park Hill High School. He had a twenty-year career in production working for Woodbridge Foam Corporation.

He was a gift to all that encountered him. To know him was to love him. Kenyon was a man…supportive, funny, a leader, a mentor, family oriented and a Man of God. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends laughing, having fun, giving advice, talking, and watching sports. He was a huge Chiefs, Warriors, and Kobe Bryant fan. He was a dedicated member of Hope of Glory Ministries COGIC and enjoyed working with the Sons of Thunder mentoring and pouring into others.

Kenyon took great pride in being a grandpa, affectionally accepting his new nickname “PaPa” and was looking forward to his second. He was a wonderful husband and an amazing father. He had a passion for cooking and enjoyed hearing how good his food tasted.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of twenty-three years, Renee Mosby; only daughter, Reyonna Tucker; grandson, Reahn Williamson; mother, Jacquelyn Mosby;  father, Azar Clark, Sr. (Sheila); sister, Fonisha Mosby; four brothers, Anthony Mosby, Azar Clark Jr., Stephen Clark, and Azar Clark III (Shonda); and a host of uncles, aunts, four nephews, eight nieces, special cousins, and lifelong friends.
