Latosha L. Elbert

Latosha L. Elbert was born August 19, 1986, to Latresa Jones & James Elbert.
She was educated in the Kansas City Public School District and was a graduate of Southeast High School. She was a dedicated member and board member of the KC Marching Sizzlers. Latosha had a passion for caring for others, and was a CNA for many years.

She recently completed her Level II Optometric Technician Certification.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Eugene Morris and Charlotte Jones, paternal grandparents Ginger & James Elbert, sister Tanisha Jones, uncles Marvin Perkins Sr., Eric Perkins, Ike Morris, Mark Morris, James Morris, and aunt Audridell Brown.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children; Rah’Mya Crooks, Wille Baker, Martez Jones, Malachi Baker, loving mother; Latresa Jones and father James Elbert (Rowena); four brothers Pervis & De’Andre Smith, Laron and Lamont Rowe, three sisters Danesha Elbert-Collier (Orlando), Ginger & Latoya Elbert, nephews JaQuan, Pierre , Kevin , Keyron , Antonio, Rowne, Da,Shawn, Jacob, Julius, De’Andre Jr, nieces Zha’kia, Amyha & Peace, De’Ari, Maya, Mia ,Lyrics, Nyla, Morgan, Loyalty. LeParis, London, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday  December 1, 2023, visitation will be held from 10 A.M. - 11 A.M. with services beginning at 11 A.M. at Fellowship Right Baptist Church located at 4700 Pittman Rd. Kansas City, Mo 64133.

Internment: XII GATES MEMORIAL GARDENS
