Nathaniel Jacobs was born 6/11/1992 in Kansas City Mo. He was raised in the mountains of Colorado where he made lifelong friends. He enjoyed Snowboarding, online gaming, skating, fishing and being outdoors. He departed this life on 12/13/2024 He is now with his father Paul B Jacobs. He leaves behind his mother Victoria Cordova his stepdad Jason Cordova. His sister Sydney Learst, brother Benjamin Jacobs and stepsister Katie McMunn, Grandparents Sally Osgood & Jeff Gonner. His kind heart, laugh and humor will always be remembered. Services will be held at St Michael’s Church 4000 Lee’s Summit rd. Independence MO 64055 1/4/2024 12:00
