Born in Ponchatoula, La., Tangipahoa Parish to Charles R Jones and Ethel Tillman(Perkins). He completed his education through the Job Corps,earning a GED and a Certificate of Completion in residential plumbing. He never married. No Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: Mamie Perkins( Grandmother); Roosevelt Perkins Sr.; Charles R Jones(father); Ethel Tillman(Perkins - mother); Charles Perkins(uncle).

He is survived by: Tammy R Jones(sister); Pamela L Ames(sister); Jerlica Clark(daughter) and a host of aunts, an uncle, nieces ,nephews, cousins and loyal friends.

Death changes the way you see everything. Sometimes you never know the value of a moment until it is gone. I am grateful for every moment of having you as my brother. Although we had our ups and downs, at the end of the day you knew I loved you and always had your back. You will live on in the hearts and memories of everyone you love and befriended. You will be missed.
