Richard Vold

Richard “Rick” Vold, 68, passed away on April 24,2025, in Kansas City, Mo. Born on April 13,1957, in Kansas City, Mo, Rick lived a life centered around family and meaningful connections with friends. 

He enjoyed lake adventures, Harley rides, being involved in BEMA, or just hanging with family. He loved his wife, kids, and grandkids with all his heart. 

He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Connie; his daughter, Melissa Murphy and her husband Nathan; his son, Michael Vold and his wife Jessica; and his 4 grandchildren: Alexis, Dakota, Mackenzie, and Makayla. 

Rick is preceded in death by his father Richard and his sister Teresa. A celebration of Life will be held in Rick’s honor. More information will be posted by family. Friends and family are invited to gather and share memories. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
