Emblem
Ricky Terrell Holloway was born May 28th 1969 to Elbert Bass and Ora Holloway.
Ricky was educated in the Kansas City School district. He graduated from Excelsior Spring Job Corp with his high school diploma and a trade in carpentry.

In 1999, Ricky served two terms in San Diego as a U.S Navy Marine. He loved to travel, always telling stories of his experience while stationed in Amsterdam, which he described to be one of the best places he ever visited. Ricky worked as a forklift driver for various companies. Ricky spent a lot of time with his brother; you wouldn't see one without the other good or bad. Ricky enjoyed hanging with family, sparking a debatable conversation that he would most of the time lose. He was also a hands-on type of person; he taught his nephews how to work on cars, install radios, even teaching them how to tie a tie. Ricky loved to cook. He would challenge anybody in the kitchen or on the grill. He built a personal relationship with each individual that came into his life. Ricky was loved and will truly be missed.

Ricky gained his wings April 28, 2024 at the age of 54. He was preceded in death by his father Elbert Bass, paternal grandfather Jesse Bass, his brother Ronnie Holloway, brother Micheal Anthony Holloway, grandmother Josie Terry, grandfather Roosevelt Clark and nephew Jerone Holloway.
He leaves to cherish his only daughter, Rickea Holloway; His mother, Ora Hollowa; one brother, Andre’ Holloway(Flo); two sisters, Patricia Johnson, Shelisa Holloway; Nineteen nieces and nephews, three great nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
