Robert Frencher, peacefully transitioned from this life to his heavenly home on June 28, 2023

He was born January 10, 1956, in Shaw, Mississippi, to the union of John Henry Frencher Sr. and Doretha Walker- Frencher, who both preceded him in death. Robert was the 13th child of 26 children (five sisters and five brothers preceded him in death) Mary Meeks, Dorothy Burleson, Betty Love, Debra Barfield, Glenda Kaye Tyler, John Frencher Jr., Freddie Frencher, Tony Frencher and the twins Pernell & Perrell Frencher

Robert gave his life to Christ at an early age. By the Obedience of God, Robert and the rest of his family followed Pastor Leslie C Seals " True Faith Missionary Baptist Church that was established in 1970 a little after they moved to Kansas City in 1966

Robert was educated in the Kansas City, Missouri Public Schools where he attended Southeast High School, he was liked and loved by all of his peers, was quiet with a good heart but was also an outgoing person.

Mr. Frencher was a hard worker and was employed at companies such as Kc Water company & John Deer. He was well known as an auto mechanic. He loved his hot Rod cars and was called The "MacGyver" and would build, fix, make anything. He had an ongoing love for his hobbies such as hunting & fishing, where in his later years he adopted & raised his grandson Isaiah to be a skillful fisherman. For the last 17 years it was just the two of them as they traveled, enjoying fishing trips and teaching him life skills... Pops is what he called him, "He is not just my Granddad, he is my Pops" 

He leaves to cherish his memory: step-mom, Mrs Willie Frencher of (Memphis, TN); one son: Leonard Watson of (Atlanta, Ga); three daughter: Lashon (Eric) Jones of (Lawrenceville, Ga), Tamarra Parks and Daina Fay Frencher both of (kansas City, Mo); five brothers: William Charles Frencher and Terry (Carrie) Frencher of (Kansas City,Mo), James Fancher (Juanita) of (Homestead, Fl), Michael Prewitt Sr. of (Peoria, Ill) and Bruce Frencher of (Fontana, Ca); ten sisters: Ruby Ramsey of (St Louis, Mo), Lillie Frencher of (Hemet, Ca), Dorothy Jean Malone, Betty Isom, Ann Curry Bailey, Brenda (Bobby) Hart, Patricia (Darryl) Armstrong all of (Memphis, Tn), Bessie Johnson of (Miami, Fl), Barbara (Jerome) English of (Ontario,Ca), Brenda (Maurice) Frencher-Pulce of (Kansas City,Mo) sister in love: Yvonne Frencher of (Kansas City,Mo); 11 grand childrens: Shanewa Watson, Kiara Watson, LaTrey Watson, LaShawn Watson, DeShawn Watson, Terrial Reid, Eric Jones II, Elin Jones, Daisha Frencher, Jeremiah Frencher and Isaiah Frencher; 8 Great-Grand childrens and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins other relatives and friends

Funeral Services will be held on Friday July 7,2023, visitation will be held from 9am -10am with services beginning at 10am. at  Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services, LLC 2800 East 18th st., KCMO 64127
