Ronnie Cox, age 31 of Harrisonville, Missouri, departed this life on April 21, 2024. He was born on June 20, 1992, to parents Darlene and Ronald Cox. Ronnie would grow up to be a simple, easy going, and loving person, especially towards his family. He absolutely adored his nieces and nephews. Ronnie would spend time playing with his dog "Pixie Girl" and would take her with him almost everywhere he went. It wasn't unusual to find him with a fishing pole in his hands, spending time with his Dad and Grandpa at the local fishing hole. He enjoyed hunting as much as he loved playing tag football at family gatherings. Ronnie was employed at Wendy's as a cook and when he wasn't behind the grill, you'd find him at concerts as security. It shows a lot about the man he became... loving, caring, and protective. His memory will be cherished and has left a lasting impression on the people he surrounded himself with. Ronnie is survived by his parents, his sisters; Jennifer Powell (Anthony) of Lee's Summit, MO, Tamara Sparks (Richard) of Belton, MO, Amanda Marriott (Kyle) of Harrisonville, MO, and Camara Hetrick of Harrisonville, MO. 13 nieces and nephews, 2 grandmothers, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Curtis Dempsey and grandmother, Doris Beasley as well as his paternal grandfathers, Jerry Cox and Don Beasley.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 13th, 2024. Visitation will begin at 10 am, followed by the service at 11 am at the Covenant Church of Holden 298 MO-131 Holden, MO 64040.
