Ronald Lee Love

Ronald Lee Love was born on July 1, 1958, in Kennett, Missouri, to Earnest Leon Love and Margaret Ann Love. Ronald proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a loving husband, cherished father, beloved brother, and dear friend.

Ronald treasured time with his family and close friends. He enjoyed watching the Chiefs, playing baseball, fishing, bowling, and cooking for the people he loved. He found joy in the simple moments—spending time outdoors, enjoying the peace and beauty of nature, and creating special memories with those who meant the most to him.

Ronald departed this life on September 26, 2026. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Gracie Burnett; parents; and his brothers, Jamal Love, Dennis Love, and Ricky Love.

He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 38 years, Charita Love; his children, Ramona (DiMond), LaKela, Ronnetta Charon, and Jaron (Imani); his grandchildren, Demond, DaVon, Bryan, Tailynn, and Andre; his siblings, Todd, Deborah, Donna (Dorin), Ronnie (Margaret), Steven, Reginald, and Tony; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and close friends.

Ronald will be remembered for his love of family, his generous spirit, and the many memories he created with those around him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his love and the memories he shared will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He served in the U.S. Army.

A service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Mount Tabor, 4126 Indiana Ave. KCMO 64130. The visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 am, with the service to follow promptly at 11:00 am.

The interment will be at Leavenworth Cemetery
