Scott Patrick Rogers

Scott Patrick Rogers, was born on January 14, 1964, in Kansas City, Missouri; to the union of Laverne and Erma Rogers. He was the fifth child born to this union.

Scott was a loving son who was educated in the Kansas City, Missouri school district. He was an Alumni of Van Horn High School, receiving his Diploma with his Class of 1982.

Scott explored many job opportunities throughout his life; with Fed Ex and Healing Hands being at the height of his careers, before retiring in 2021.

Scott was well know for having a Laid back personality and a heart of Gold. His Hobbies included: spending time with family, watching sports, listening to music and taking great care of his cars. He also had a passion for dressing in nice clothing and collecting shoes.

Scott made his transition from Earth on Wednesday~ March 5, 2025 at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

He will always be remembered as a loving, devoted, and caring man, friend, and father.

Scott was preceded in death by his Parents: Laverne Rogers and Erma Ann Rogers; Sisters: Patricia Rogers and Debra Rogers; Aunt: Patricia Waddy.

He leaves to cherish his memories: Life Companion: Shantel Belgrave; Children:DeMarkus Rogers, Jahir Belgrave and Britany McGhee; Stepchildren: Raigan Williams and Ryliegh Williams; Brothers: Montie Rogers, Stevie Rogers, and Shane Pate and a host of Nieces, Nephews, family, and friends.
