Timothy was born on November 23, 1965, and sadly passed away on April 1, 2026.

Timothy enjoyed spending time with his children, family, and grandchildren. They all meant the world to him. His favorite hobby was fixing things, he was truly a jack of all trades. If there wasn’t anything to fix, he would find something. Timothy loved to stay busy. He had a true passion for life and especially loved working on his trucks. Trucks were one of his greatest passions, along with food and fishing, two things he never missed.

Timothy worked as a concrete finisher for many years and truly enjoyed his craft. He was born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, to Louis H. Kemmer and Anne B. Kemmer. He lived a great life in Easton, Missouri, where he attended East Buchanan Schools and built many lasting friendships.

Timothy was preceded in death by his parents, Louis H. Kemmer and Anne B. Kemmer, and his sister-in-law, Debbie Kemmer.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Rudy L. Kemmer and Brandy L. Kemmer; his daughter-in-law of many years, Jody Kemmer; and his nine grandchildren, Dathen, Brianna, Rhiannon, Chance, Dayden, Hayden, Addison, Jacie, and Addalyn, who meant the world to him. He also leaves behind three great-grandchildren, Demi, Preslynn, and Ily.

Timothy is also survived by his brothers, Charles Kemmer and Stephen Kemmer; his sisters, Tammy (Danny), Beth (Greg), and Rebecca (Eric); along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Tim loved everyone with all of his heart. He was one of the best men you could ever meet, always willing to give the shirt off his back without hesitation.

“Pops,” you will forever be missed, loved, and cherished. Rest easy until we see you again.

Timothy has chosen cremation. The family will be planning a celebration of life dinner and will announce the details at a later time.
