William Joseph Brandt (Billy) formally of Des Moines, Iowa.

Billy (William) Joseph Brandt of Leavenworth KS. passed away peacefully on October 11, 2025 at the University of Kansas Hospital. He was born on May 13, 1963 in Des Moines, Iowa. To Carl E. Brandt and Charolette L. (Judson) Brandt.

Billy enjoyed doing woodworking, working on Go-Karts with his brother Jerry, fishing with his daughters, and enjoyed going to the Kansas City Speedway. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. Billy attended Saydel School District before moving to Leavenworth, KS.

Billy is survived by his siblings Carl Brandt, Sheryl (Senne) Wolfe-Ebert, Jeff Brandt, Chris Brandt, and his two daughters Madison and Kristin Brandt. Also, his Aunts Doris Judson, Patricia Judson, Lillian Flathery and Uncle Billy Dodson with many cousins, nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Bill Dodson and Violet (Irons) Dodson, his father and mother Carl & Charolette Brandt, his brothers Rod Senne, Vergene (Snook) Senne, Jerry Brandt, and several aunts and uncles.
