William John Little Sr. 76 of Kansas City, MO went to be with God on Monday March 30, 2026. He was born July 1, 1949, in Washington, IA to Calvin John Little and Ella Mae Yarnell (Little/Walker). He graduated from Washington High in 1968. He was a member of the U.S. Army and after honorable discharge became a small arms specialist with the Rock Island Arsenal which he later retired from. He attended many colleges in his life obtaining B.A. degree in architecture and used his college experience to substitute teach. He also helped to care for his mother until her passing in 2015. He moved to Kansas City in 2018 to live with his daughter. He was avid bowler and enjoyed golfing. He liked to travel with his family and his friends.He is survived by his daughter Sarah Little of Kansas City, MO, Son William Jacob Little (Erin Fox) of Baldwin City, KS. His best friend Roger Hamerlink of Chicago, IL. The mother of his children Barbara Snider of Kansas City, MO. He had countless nieces and nephews, his brothers and sister.He was proceeded in death by his parents, his sister Laura Bellet and her family, his son William John Little Jr, his grandson James Michael Little, two of his best friends Danny Crossett and John Jolly, and his second wife Iva Jean Selley Little.
